Job summary
RoviSys Company seeks a Site Manager to oversee field operations on building automation projects. You will represent RBT with the general contractor and trades, assist with estimating and systems engineering between deployments, and lead commissioning-related activities.
The role requires a technical degree and prior project/site management experience, with strong scheduling and customer-facing skills. Onsite role with travel for field assignments and ongoing training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Technical degree required as a baseline.
- Experience in project or site management is essential.
- Ability to organize, schedule, and lead meetings with internal teams and customers.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Basic HVAC and plant utilities understanding.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support field operations on building automation projects.
- Act as technical contact for customers and trades.
- Prioritize and assign installation tasks to trades; participate in commissioning meetings.
- Develop customer and trade relationships.
- Assist with procurement logs and installation tracking.
- Support MEP subcontractors and understand project scope.
