Job summary
RoviSys Company in Peachtree City, GA, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee field operations for building automation projects. You will act as the RBT representative to the general contractor and trades, manage a low voltage subcontractor, and coordinate installation priorities and schedules.
Travel up to 90% of project time. During construction, you may assist with project estimating and systems engineering, develop relationships with customers and trades, and coordinate commissioning and field
Qualifications
- Technical degree and familiarity with HVAC building automation concepts.
- Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
- Onsite commissioning experience and ability to manage field operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to RBT commissioning team.
- Serve as technical point of contact for customers and trades.
- Assist with prioritizing and assigning installation tasks to the trades.
- Participate in commissioning meetings.
- Develop customer and trade relationships.
- Assist with developing procurement log and installation tracking sheets.
- Receive, verify, and handoff equipment shipped to the site.
- Support MEP subcontractors.
- Understand project scope and field quality control procedures.
