29th Street Property Management, a national multifamily operator, seeks an Operations Support Specialist in the Phoenix area. The role provides hands-on operational support to Regional Managers and site teams to improve execution and stabilize performance across our portfolio.

This remote position requires living in the Phoenix area and willingness to travel to properties. You will train, coach, and implement process improvements, backfill key roles when needed, and partner with departments to

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing conventional multifamily communities with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of leasing, resident relations, financial performance, maintenance operations, compliance, and property management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop site teams.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to quickly assess operational challenges and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational support to communities experiencing staffing vacancies, performance challenges, or business transitions.
• Temporarily backfill Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, or Leasing Consultant responsibilities when operationally necessary.
• Work alongside site teams to ensure continuity of operations during staffing changes or periods of increased business need.
• Conduct operational assessments and partner with Regional Managers to develop and execute recovery plans.
