Colliers in Phoenix is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee operations of a commercial building, from service contracts to tenant relations. You will support senior management with ownership reports, budgets, and administrative tasks such as work orders, rent payments, and vendor compliance.

You will develop strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring timely responses to tenant needs and adherence to lease obligations.

Qualificações

• 2+ years' experience in real estate, preferably commercial.
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.
• Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
• Respond to tenants' needs in a timely manner to meet lease obligations.
• Support senior management with ownership reports, budgets and related reports.
• Manage administrative tasks including work orders, rent/payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance.
