Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management software.
• Construction-document and drawing working knowledge.
• 2 to 5 Years Construction Management Experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and supervising craft activities, including manpower levels and schedules.
• Supervise specialty trade contractors and report to the job site daily.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean job site.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections.
• Inspect work quality for design compliance and corrective action.
• Coordinate schedule with trade contractors to meet milestones.
• Coordinate general conditions work and project logistics.
• Review vendor drawings and submittals.
• Review details with A/E and subcontractors for compliance.
• Review contractors' Quality Plans.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
