Clear Destination Inc. seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors and supervising laborers at the construction site.

The role monitors performance, progress, and productivity, aiming to meet company standards and owner expectations. It also assists in controlling costs as per contract documents and helps oversee all construction phases to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Five years of field interior or commercial construction experience.
• 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Assist Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors and supervising laborers on site.
• Monitor work performance, progress, and productivity of crews.
• Assist in cost monitoring as specified in contract documents.
• Directly oversee workers to meet company and owner expectations.
• Support preconstruction, scheduling, and project administration activities.
• Promote customer relations and leadership development
