Job summary

United Clearing Services in Boerne, Texas is hiring an Operations Assistant to support field crews and the operations team. This full-time, field-based role involves coordinating daily field activities, supporting communication between crews and management, and assisting with on-site documentation and logistics to keep projects running efficiently.

Travelling across Texas, you will work on-site in outdoor environments, use mobile apps for data entry, and help ensure site readiness.

Qualifications

18+ years old and valid driver’s license.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a mobile, outdoor setting.
Proficiency with mobile applications for data entry.
Full-time, field-based role with frequent daily driving.
Outdoor work in all weather conditions, navigating uneven terrain.
May require up to 7 days/week during storm season.

Responsibilities

Daily field coordination: travel to multiple job sites and provide logistical support.
On-site documentation: collect, verify, and submit production reports and time sheets via mobile apps/tablets.
Deliver field supplies, work permits, and PPE to crews on-site.
Serve as the primary communication link between crews and the main office.
Support logistics and documentation to keep projects running efficiently.
