We are currently hiring an Operations Assistant to provide essential on-site logistical and administrative support to our field crews and operations team. This role helps coordinate daily field activities, supports communication between crews and management, and assists with operational documentation and logistics to keep projects running efficiently. Work may involve supporting crews in active field environments and coordinating with multiple locations as needed. This is a full-time position, and schedules may require extended hours and up to 7 days per week during storm response operations. Candidates must meet the legal age requirements for employment and possess a valid driver’s license.
