Job Title: Field Operations Assistant (Bilingual), Luxury Residential Cleaning

We are growing and looking for a highly dependable, hardworking, bilingual Field Operations Assistant to support our Residential Field Operations Manager in the day-to-day operation of the business.

This is NOT a desk-only office job.

This role is for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, helping people, staying busy, supporting teams, and rolling up their sleeves wherever needed. You will spend time both in the office and out in the field supporting cleaners, clients, supplies, training, quality checks, scheduling support, and operational coordination.

• Supporting daily residential operations
• Assisting with schedules, call-outs, and operational support
• Supporting cleaners and field teams
• Conducting quality checks and spot checks

• Supporting phone calls and communication with clients and employees
• Helping keep operations organized and running smoothly
• Working closely with leadership and field operations
