Job summary

ERock is hiring an O&M Area Manager in Houston to lead a team of field technicians, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance and emergency response within a defined region. You will own day‑to‑day maintenance programs, technician performance, scheduling, safety compliance, and regional KPIs to meet company standards and customer expectations.

This role reports to the Regional O&M Manager and requires travel monthly to assigned sites, strong leadership, and a track record in field

Qualifications

• Experience managing leaders or supervisors in field service, maintenance, or operations.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as a mechanical and/or electrical technician.
• Ability to manage schedules and prioritize workload under changing conditions.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven leadership and personnel management ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily field maintenance activities across assigned sites.
• Ensures PM/CM and emergency response activities are completed.
• Maintains 24/7 on-call readiness and regional coverage.
• Directly manages and mentors a team of technicians.
• Develops technician schedules and verifies site coverage.
• Tracks KPIs and implements corrective actions for regional goals.
