Job summary

ERock in Midland, Texas, seeks a disciplined Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance organization for power generation assets. You will own maintenance execution, safety culture, planning, and reliability improvements, partnering with Operations and Engineering to maximize availability and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing preventive and predictive programs, managing budgets and CMMS documentation, coordinating outages, and mentoring staff while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in maintenance within power generation or similar industrial environment.
• Experience leading maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all maintenance activities.
• Establish and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to support equipment reliability.
• Develop and maintain work planning, scheduling, and execution processes for timely maintenance delivery.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify failure trends, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure maintenance documentation in the CMMS with work orders, history, and asset data.
• Coordinate planned and routine outages, ensuring availability of parts and resources.
• Promote a strong safety culture and PPE/LOTO compliance.
• Manage contractor activities related to maintenance and ensure alignment with safety and performance expectations.
