Job summary

ERock is seeking a Senior Health & Safety lead to own and advance safety programs across field operations, including incident investigations, training, and audits. You will coordinate with Operations, Project teams, and leadership to ensure policy adherence and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in field safety, OSHA/NFPA knowledge, and strong communication skills, with willingness to travel up to 50% to support commissioning and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in leading health & safety programs across field operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA General Industry/Construction, NFPA 70E, and DOT safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Health & Safety programs across field sites from development through implementation.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project teams, Procurement, and leadership to integrate safety into planning and execution.
• Support regulatory inspections and customer audits with effective corrective actions.
