Job summary

You will build territory plans, partner with hematologists and oncologists, and collaborate across commercial and medical teams while traveling regionally

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
• Oncology/Hematology experience preferred
• Strategic account planning and solid business acumen
• Ability to travel regularly within territory and drive patient-focused outcomes

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction
• Complete AbbVie required training and stay compliant with policies
