The internship offers field and office exposure, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and professional conduct in a dynamic infrastructure environment. Training and mentorship are provided across districts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in surveying or a related field.
• Willing to relocate and travel as required.
• Available to work full-time during the summer (May–August).

Responsibilities

• Follow the project survey plan specific to field operations
• Maintain accurate record keeping, field procedures and survey audits to ensure that all work is performed in an efficient and professional manner
• Utilize software to process field data
• Follow proper field safety procedures
• Take accurate and legible field notes
• Perform setting and maintenance of control network
• Communicate with project surveying team
