Job summary

World Class Office Installers in Omaha, NE is seeking a hands-on leader to bridge field operations and the office. This hybrid role blends field support, estimating, quoting, and business development, with roughly 60–70% of time on active job sites and the remainder in the office.

Based in Omaha with frequent travel, you will drive quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and cost-control skills, plus experience

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience reading floor plans, specs, and installation drawings.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to active project sites to monitor progress, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for field issues and project challenges.
• Work with installers, lead installers, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve conflicts and maintain momentum.
• Conduct project kickoffs, site walks, reviews, and final walkthroughs.
• Verify installations meet standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate labor resources, scheduling adjustments, and project priorities.
• Review labor productivity, monitor project performance, and assist with job costing.
