Job summary

IOC Company LLC is seeking an Office/Field Engineer for heavy civil construction in Texas. You will track quantities and costs, assist in work plan development, coordinate between engineering and construction activities, and support contract management under the guidance of the Operations Manager and Project Engineers.

The role requires site leadership, enforcement of safety (OSHA), and participation in project planning, scheduling, reporting, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and quality procedures.
• Enforce safety programs and OSHA regulations on site.
• Provide technical assistance and interpret drawings as required.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking and reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field

Master's degree preferred
