National Care Advisors is seeking a Nurse Case Manager based in Orlando to deliver case management services focused on eldercare and special needs, working with families, attorneys, and financial professionals.

The role requires a BSN, 5+ years of clinical nursing, proficiency in MacOS and MS Office, and strong communication skills. Some regional and occasional nationwide travel is expected, with a flexible work-from-home schedule.

Competenze

• BSN is required.
• CCM or CRRN certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with third party benefits (health insurance, Medicaid, Social Security, Disability services).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MacOS and related software.
• Able to learn new technologies in a Mac environment.
• Self-motivated with strong time management.
• Able to collaborate to achieve goals and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to research and develop client solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness for regional travel 1–2 times per month; occasional nationwide travel.
• Ability to meet timely documentation requirements.
