Compass Pathways seeks a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across Houston-area treatment centers. You will engage psychiatrists, providers, and health systems with clinically driven education and strategic partnerships.

The role emphasizes site-of-care navigation, payer considerations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure rapid, ethical patient access and successful launch execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in specialty or complex therapy areas.
• Experience with psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is a plus.
• Experience launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and educate on referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to optimize delivery workflows and patient access.
