Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in telecommunications tower maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.
Ability to work at heights up to 400 feet and in hazardous environments.
Able to climb ladders, towers and elevated structures.
Able to handle equipment weighing up to 260 lbs.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on towers and related equipment, including replacing or repairing parts.
Inspect towers and equipment to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Install new telecommunications equipment on towers (antennas, cables, hardware).
Collaborate with team to diagnose problems in tower systems.
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete tasks.
Climb towers to access equipment and perform maintenance and repair work.
Follow safety protocols for work at heights and hazardous environments.
Complete all required paperwork and documentation for duties.
