MTI is seeking a Flexible Retail Field & Network Technician to install and maintain networked devices across multiple markets. This role requires handling access points, routers, switches, printers, and modems, with travel to client sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will have IT technician experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in diverse environments. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Experience in IT or related technician work is required.
• Hands-on experience with cabling, testing, terminating, and network provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain access points, routers, switches, and networked devices.
• Perform cabling runs, management, testing, and terminations.
• Troubleshoot connections across various environments and locations.
• Provide clear communication via phone, text, and email.
• Travel as required to different markets and client sites.
