Job summary

MTI/Sempro Tech is seeking a Flexible Project Based Retail Field Network Technician to install, maintain, and repair security devices, access points, routers, switches, POS systems, printers, and modems across client locations. You will travel to various markets, perform cabling, test Wi-Fi, and ensure reliable network services while delivering excellent customer support.

Candidates should be 18+, have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 60 lbs, and be comfortable on ladders;

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with networking technologies and devices (APs, routers, switches).
• Excellent communication with customers via phone/email.
• Willingness to travel to multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair security devices and networked equipment.
• Set up connections and ensure strong signal across client locations.
• Perform cabling runs, testing, and provisioning of devices.
