Qualifications

• Experience with problem-solving and meeting urgent deadlines.
• Hands-on experience providing support to users using Windows 7, 8, 10.

Responsibilities

• Connecting/installing office equipment to customer networks.
• Set-up of printing, scanning, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues.
