Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for a 6-month IT Lifecycle Services role based in Bloomington, MN. You’ll assist the Lead Configuration Technician to support depot needs and field projects, unbox/rebox equipment, and handle basic troubleshooting while coordinating with teams.

Expect 20–32 hours weekly at first, moving toward 40 hours. High School education preferred; Cisco experience is welcome but not required. W2 hourly pay ranges from $25 to $28, with benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School education needed.
• Approximately 2 years of experience.
• Cisco experience preferred but not required; learning on the job is possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Configuration Technician to support depot needs and field projects.
• Unbox/rebox configuration orders and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Support Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot processes: receive, inspect, clean, inventory management.
