Astound in Seattle is seeking a Field Deployment Technician to install, operate, and troubleshoot microwave/millimeter-wave radios, routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi systems both indoors and outdoors. You will perform site surveys, install cabling, and document as‑builts while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on networking experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on networking experience with RF/Wi‑Fi systems.
• Able to work at heights and in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN basics and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment indoors and outdoors.
• Perform site surveys and create as-builts.
• Join 24/7 on-call rotation for field support.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on all tasks.
• Document work and upload to internal Wiki.
