Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two+ years of work experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work or military service.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% of the time.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call schedules, including weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and related technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems and applications.
• Evaluate network coverage, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.
• Generate and track problem tickets, drive process improvements.
• Escalate issues to internal/external engineer teams for resolution.
