Pacific Office Automation POA is seeking a Network Technician for our Seattle, WA branch. The role involves connecting and installing office equipment to customers' networks, setting up printing and scanning to email/FTP, and delivering remote troubleshooting for connectivity issues.

The ideal candidate will be energetic with problem-solving skills, capable of meeting urgent deadlines while maintaining accuracy, and willing to travel locally to client sites.

Qualifications

• Professional networking fundamentals and Windows Server administration.
• Advanced knowledge of routing, TCP/IP, ports, and network analysis tools.
• Experience supporting users on Windows 7/8/10 and Microsoft apps; travel locally.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties

Connectinginstalling office equipment to our customers networkSet up printing scanning scanning to e mail scanning to FTP etc Ensuring customer satisfactionRemote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues

Qualifications

Professional networkingNet Good understanding of Windows Server environments SBS2008 R2 & 2012R2Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and concepts Routing Ports TCPIP Network analysis toolsKnowledge and hands on experience providing support to users using Windows 7 Windows 8 Windows 10 and other mainstream Microsoft applicationsProficient with all Apple productsStrong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with clientsAbility to travel locally to different clients
