Job summary

Pacific Office Automation (POA) is seeking a Field Copier Technician to join our Seattle service team. You will troubleshoot and repair copiers, printers, fax machines, and related devices at customer sites across Seattle and surrounding areas.

PAID TRAINING is provided; you’ll work with Canon, Ricoh, Sharp and Konica Minolta equipment. We value a mechanical/electrical mindset, solid computer skills, and a customer-focused approach in a team that supports growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical mindset.
• Experience and training with Canon Ricoh HP Xerox and other manufacturers is a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.
• Providing high quality technical support to our customer base.
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Developing options to solve unusual problems.
• Managing time resources and territorial considerations.
