Job summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a Broadband Professional/Expert to support the hybrid fiber coax network. You will troubleshoot RF and optical systems, perform node optimization, and assist Broadband Technicians while on on-call rotation.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent and a strong foundation in IP/HFC technologies. The position involves documenting test results, reading schematics, and complying with regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Advanced knowledge of IP and HFC networks is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and maps; strong documentation habits.
• Strong communication and willingness to on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair RF, AC/DC issues in forward/reverse plant.
• Triage and repair optical components and LED signaling paths.
• Perform routine node optimization and signal balancing.
• Maintain accurate field logs and test results for FCC/regulatory reports.
