Vyve Broadband is seeking a Broadband Professional/Expert (BT IV-V) to support maintenance and repair of the hybrid fiber coax network in Spartanburg, SC. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, conducting routine maintenance, and providing technical support to the team. Candidates should possess an advanced understanding of IP networks and a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 6 months+ Broadband Specialist or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to use hand tools and personal computer associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair distribution problems in RF, AC, DC areas.
• Conduct routine maintenance on network components.
• Operate company vehicle safely and securely.
• Support efforts to enhance customer experience.

Skills

Advanced understanding of IP networks

Moderate understanding of HFC networks and optical design

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Ability to work independently

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Knowledge of basic mathematics and electronics
