Job summary

Jume Solution is seeking an on-site Network Support Specialist to provide managed services at customer sites in Texas. You will monitor, maintain and troubleshoot network infra, addressing incidents within agreed service levels.

The role requires a Diploma in IT or Networking and at least 1 year of experience. You will work at customer sites with potential after-hours work and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Network Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in network implementation or support.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, and routing.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper or equivalent.
• Able to work independently at customer sites and communicate with internal teams.
• Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work outside normal hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site network support and managed services at customer premises.
• Monitor, maintain and support customers’ network infrastructure and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose faults and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on network equipment.
• Configure and install switches, routers, WLAN access points and firewalls.
• Handle customer service requests, incidents and escalations.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• On-site troubleshooting and timely updates to customers.
• Maintain service records, incident reports and asset data.
• Assist with network implementation, migration, upgrades and maintenance.
• Participate in planned maintenance including after-hours work.
