Qualifications

• Experience with network hardware and on-site field support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (copper/fiber cabling, switches/routers/firewalls).
• Perform on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of connectivity and hardware issues.
• Provide direct on-site and remote technical support to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with teams to plan maintenance windows and restore services.
