Job summary

Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking a Network Support Engineer to set up, configure and support customer-site IT infrastructure and networks, remote from Kastle offices. You will work with customer IT contacts and Kastle teams to ensure access control, video, and hosted services integrate smoothly.

The role requires hands-on networking, API experience, and the ability to document deployments while supporting multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a field support engineer (network/hardware) with structured cabling, switches and firewall config.
• Experience configuring, deploying, and supporting API products is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network integration and hardware solutions (video cameras, KastleConnect API).
• Serve as liaison with customer IT, Field Support and Professional Services teams.
• Explain network connections and requirements for Kastle video and access control deployments at customer sites.
• Create and maintain customer-facing network requirement documents.
