Job summary

Amgen seeks a Medical Science Liaison specializing in Cardiovascular Metabolic to cover West Virginia. The role is field-based and focuses on engaging with key opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers to communicate scientific data and advance Amgen’s platform in line with organizational goals.

You will educate on clinical value and outcomes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support payer engagement and research initiatives in a dynamic US Medical team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master with Medical Affairs experience required.
• Cardio-metabolic expertise preferred.
• Experience communicating clinical data to payers, providers, and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cardiometabolic opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers.
• Educate on clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers and providers.
• Support payer formularies, IDNs, and formulary committees with insights and data.
