Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, seeks a Mitigation Project Manager for field-based, full-time work in Stow, MA. You will own emergency restoration projects, from inspection through walkthrough, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

You will lead crews, coordinate with the Project Coordinator, and manage scopes, costs, and profitability while upholding safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or related construction fields.
• Ability to scope losses and write accurate estimates.
• Understanding of insurance restoration processes.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and determine scopes and costs.
• Prepare detailed estimates for restoration losses.
• Manage >$1M annual project volume.
• Lead project lifecycle from inspection to completion.
• Coordinate with crews and field staff; ensure quality and profitability.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in PSA.
