Paul Davis Restoration of Downriver Detroit is seeking a Reconstruction Operations Manager to lead the reconstruction department, oversee multiple projects, control budgets, and drive exceptional customer experiences from mitigation through final walkthrough. The role emphasizes building systems, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality results for homeowners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in residential construction or restoration.
• Proven leadership of employees and subcontractors.
• License or willingness to obtain Michigan Residential Builder’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day reconstruction department operations.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality and profitability.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors and inspections.
• Review estimates and develop project scopes with Xactimate/Symbility and DocuSketch as needed.
• Deliver proactive communication to homeowners regarding schedules, upgrades and progress.
• Ensure safety, codes compliance, and quality control.
