Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Meter Reader to join our field team in Kentucky. You will collect meter information, maintain customer relationships, and support energy management efforts while ensuring accurate data collection and timely reporting.

You will report to a supervisor, coordinate with field staff, and assist with new customer accounts, data entry, and problem resolution for billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some energy, utility, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect meter information and maintain accurate data.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships as part of the field team.
• Gather and consolidate data from varied sources for reporting.
• Manage field meter data collection for multiple customers daily/monthly.
• Support field inquiries to resolve billing-related issues.
• Assist with new customer account data entry and field procedures.
