Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions invites an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across assigned stores. You will oversee resets, planogram compliance, and installations, while directing a team of merchandising associates to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will train staff, enforce safety, and maintain strong relationships with store managers and clients. Regular travel and occasional overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with smartphone, tablet, or iPad for reporting and photo capture
• Certified or willing to become certified within 30 days to operate forklifts and aerial/scissor lifts where required

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards
• Serve as the in-market point of contact with store management and client representatives
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through company mobile apps and verify accuracy of team reporting
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions
• Escalate coverage gaps and client/store issues to the District Manager
• Lead the in-store team to ensure high-quality, on-time completion of projects
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards, safety, and retailer requirements
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new associates as requested
