Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead hands-on merchandising across an assigned market. This full-time role involves directing in-store teams, ensuring planogram compliance, and delivering high-quality resets and installations.

The position requires 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field, travel between stores, and the ability to supervise associates while maintaining safety standards. A valid driver’s license and toolkit are needed.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via company mobile apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and ensure safe use of tools and equipment.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client issues to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and with quality.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising, installation, and safety standards.
• Provide input on performance and onboarding of new associates.
