Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to oversee field-based merchandising across an assigned market. The role includes leading a team of merchandising associates, performing resets and installations, and ensuring planogram compliance and quality standards.

Travel within the market and to neighboring markets is required. Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to train and supervise staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across territory.
• Direct in-store team on project instructions and timelines.
• Build relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate project reporting via mobile apps.
• Plan daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce on-site safety standards and safety compliance.
• Escalate staffing or client issues as needed.
• Lead team to high-quality, on-time project completion.
• Train and coach merchandising standards and requirements.
• Assist with associate performance and onboarding as requested.
