Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Retail Merchandising Representative to oversee merchandising projects across a defined area in Minnesota. You will supervise UNFI Shelf Services staff, vendors, and third-party merchandisers to ensure timely, accurate execution of store resets and remodels.

You may also serve as a sales consultant promoting UNFI products and Professional Services while in-store, with frequent retailer visits and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Auto Insurance levels that meet UNFI requirements.
• 3-5 years related experience in Retail or Distribution.
• Bilingual – Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with retailers to determine reset projects and create daily project plans.
• Supervise 3rd Party staff in planogram implementation and training.
• Lead project teams to maximize profitability and monitor territory P&L.
• Visit retailers to evaluate program effectiveness and influence assortments.
• Resolve conflicts between retail, regional teams, UNFI, and vendors.
