Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across the New York market. You will personally perform resets, installations, and break-fix work while directing merchandising associates and ensuring high-quality, on-time completion of projects.

The role requires 2+ years of field experience, strong planogram skills, and the ability to travel across stores. A full-time field position with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance meeting company policy requirements.
• Proficiency with a smartphone, tablet, or iPad for reporting and photo capture.
• Willingness to travel across markets and occasional overnight travel.
• Own toolkit for merchandising, fixture installation, and break-fix work with standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee merchandising activities across the assigned territory, including resets, planograms, displays, and inventory.
• Direct in-store teams on projects, communicate instructions, and inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market contact with store management and clients; build relationships.
• Complete on-time project reporting with photos and data through company apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel to meet project timelines; ensure safety on site.
