Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across a designated California market, including resets, installations, and in-store guidance. You’ll supervise a team, train associates, ensure planograms are followed, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong leadership, valid driving credentials, and willingness to travel throughout the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transport, and auto insurance.
• Proficiency with smartphone/tablet for reporting and photos.
• Willingness to travel across markets; 30 miles radius typical.
• Certify to operate forklifts and aerial/scissor lifts as required.
• GS: OSHA safety awareness and safe tool use.

Responsabilités

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory.
• Direct in-store team instructions, task sequencing, and quality checks.
• Serve as in-market contact with store management and client reps.
• Complete on-time project reporting through mobile apps; verify accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel to visit multiple stores.
• Enforce safety standards and correct unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to District Manager.
• Lead team in on-time completion of projects; train and coach associates.
