Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead on-site merchandising across an assigned market in California. You will manage a team of merchandising associates, perform resets, planogram compliance, and ensure timely, high-quality installations and reporting.

Regular travel within the market and to neighboring markets is required. The role emphasizes training, safety, and strong collaboration with store management and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.
• Ability to read planograms and execute instructions in-store.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel across markets and stay overnight when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising across the assigned territory.
• Direct in-store teams: communicate tasks, sequence work, inspect quality.
• Serve as in-market contact with store management and client reps.
• Complete on-time reporting with photos and data via mobile apps.
• Plan daily travel to meet project deadlines and ensure safety on-site.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client/store issues promptly.
• Lead and train merchandising associates on standards and safety.
• Assist in onboarding new team members as requested.
