Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores across the Royal Oak area.

You will stock shelves, execute displays, and place orders to keep shelves full while capturing photos of displays using Salesforce. This frontline role requires a self-motivated, professional individual who can work independently, drive your own vehicle, and support promotions and seasonal launches with a strong

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally more.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Royal Oak, MI; secondary locations listed.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Start Time 6:00am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards, capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel for execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; perform physically demanding tasks involved in stocking.
