Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring snacks like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are always in stock.

You will visit stores, take display photos, and use Salesforce to place orders via iPad, while aligning with RTM plans and seasonal promotions. This role requires physical activity and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and prioritize coverage across stores.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
