Job summary

Quipt Home Medical in Gladstone, MO is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team. You will sell durable medical equipment, respiratory devices, and sleep-related products to physicians and patients, aiming to meet sales goals and increase product education.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting, and closing deals, developing plans, and maintaining relationships with clients. A respiratory therapist background is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success, medical or pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Respiratory therapist degree/licenses is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with Durable Medical Equipment, respiratory/sleep background a huge plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and project contacts.
• Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new product opportunities or feedback from field activity to staff.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts as assigned.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain client relationships; participate in marketing events.
• Coordinate with staff to close sales; perform other duties as assigned.
