Job summary

AdvaCare Systems is seeking a Service Technician to deliver, install and troubleshoot Durable Medical Equipment in Davenport, IA. You’ll drive a company 16’ box truck, teach patients about device use, and perform minor repairs on-site.

The role requires 21+ and a clean driving record, with overtime/on-call availability, and a DOT card. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license for 5+ years.
• Prior delivery/healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install medical equipment safely and timely.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs in the field.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use with professionalism.
• Complete orders accurately in the inventory system and maintain safety.
