Job summary

AdvaCare Systems seeks a Service Technician to deliver, install, and troubleshoot durable medical equipment in the Indianapolis area. You will operate a company truck, guide patients and caregivers on equipment use, and complete orders in the system.

The role emphasizes safe driving, customer service, and the ability to perform light physical work. Candidates should be 21+, with a clean driving record and willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license for at least 5 years.
• 1+ years of delivery/healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install Medical Equipment in a safe and timely manner.
• Operate a company-owned 16' Box Truck safely.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use with professionalism.
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment in the field.
• Complete orders accurately in the inventory system.
