Job summary

AdvaCare Systems in Whitehall, OH is seeking a Service Technician to drive, deliver, install, and troubleshoot Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Duties include safe operation of a 16' box truck and helping patients and caregivers use the equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old with 5+ years of driving background.
• 1+ year delivery/healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to lift ~50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
• Clean driving record and criminal background; pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install Medical Equipment in a safe and timely manner.
• Safe operation of a company-owned 16' Box Truck.
• Instruct patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Minor repair and equipment troubleshooting while in the field.
• Complete orders accurately in the proprietary inventory system.
