Job summary

MGC Diagnostics in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Full Time Sales professional to drive growth by selling our product line to new and existing customers in the designated territory.

You will maintain relationships, update leads in Salesforce, follow up after installation, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing expenses and meeting quarterly quotas. Travel up to 70% may be required, and a four-year degree is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or professional certification.
• 4 years of successful medical sales, preferably capital and/or pulmonary equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High computer proficiency and strong organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep present customers updated on available new software and systems.
• Identify and maintain a minimum of two national reference accounts for each major product.
• Update prospect leads and customer information into Salesforce.com and sync with corporate headquarters.
• Follow up with every new customer within 30 days after installation to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep expenses within the territory budget.
• Submit weekly reports for feedback and expenses.
